| Whitnee Dolce is our newest addition to the Onpoint Team. She is a real estate Broker & investor and is an Altadena Californa native with a passion for anything and all things commerce! Since childhood she has been drawn to entrepreneurial ventures. During college she owned and operated an in-home childcare center and, at 22 she purchased her first multi-residential property. That income property purchase led Whitnee into a full-time career in real estate sales, property management, and development.
The experience of personally purchasing, rehabbing, renting, and selling, homes, has equipped Whitnee with a more dynamic and comprehensive understanding of Real Estate. That firsthand knowledge coupled with her perpetual study in Real Estate academia enables her to provide more in-depth and informed service.
