Without saying too much about the obvious, I wanted to fill you in about a few things we've been brewing in order to stay ahead of the curve, serve those who need it and continue the wealth building process for our clients and communities. 1. Onpoint Real Estate has partnered with the City of Tacoma to run a 3-hour "Let's Build Wealth" seminar on March 25th. We'll have guest speakers Cabby Albright and Peter Kidane. In addition, will be talking exclusively about the various ways people can get involved in real estate outside of the traditional ways of getting a broker license. We will also cover the various ways you can generate income through real estate beyond the traditional methods. (Huge Shout out to the City of Tacoma! You are demonstrating forward thinking and tremendous leadership and we are excited that you reached out to us. We look forward to working with you.)

3. I have been invited by GSBA (Greater Seattle Business Association) to speak at their LGBT Economic Summit panel tomorrow (March 16th Renaissance Hotel): Unleashing the Power of Bringing Diverse Communities Together.
Onpoint remains optimistic and undeterred. There is still a tremendous amount of opportunity out there. Whether you're part of the groups that are marginalized or those who are allies to those being marginalized, just know we may have to walk a crazy maze to get there, but we'll get there, together.
