Happy Friday! It's been a busy 2022! It's been a tad bit of a whirl wind, actually. Special thank you to the GG/Onpoint team, our investors and partners. We closed $8M of land transactions in 2021 and that couldn't happen without their support. Centered in our work is integrity and hustle as we pursue developing those initial sites into 300+ units of mixed income housing. Although the challenges are plentiful, we have been sufficiently battle tested. It's crazy to think but GardnerGlobal will be 13 years old this March! I remember starting the company with $4,000. It's all I had when I liquidated my 401k at the time in 2009. I remember it well, the Great Recession and no one wanted to invest in me.


This real estate development game isn't for the weak of heart. We have a saying in our office, "it's gotta be IN you not ON you".
