| Hi Friend, working our way through the first quarter of 2019 and already a few things have become apparent: 1. Damn this year is moving fast! 2. There is no shortage of complicated projects 3. Ever thankful for those who continue to support our business and mission.
It's rumored the sun is 92 million miles from earth and it would take 19 years to get there. If the sun was your dream would you take that journey? Would you turn back half way? There's only one sun and one dream - GardnerGlobal, Inc. was born out of a recession with a mission to build wealth in March 2009. We are officially 10 years old. The crazy part is 10 years sounds like a long time to be in business but in real estate development years, 10 years is barely scratching the surface. I know I look 21 still :) but in my eyes, we are more than half way to the sun already. | | | Real Estate Development - Liberty Bank Building
When Onpoint Real Estate Services says we’re advocating for affordable housing -that advocacy is done with action!
Onpoint is grateful for the opportunity to truly serve our community as development consultants for Liberty Bank Building -a $33M dollar, 115 unit, all affordable housing building on 24th and Union in Seattle, WA.
Onpoint touched virtually EVERY single aspect of this project -from influencing the hires of the artists/art coordination, design and architect and contractor coordination! We were on board throughout the full development of this dream since 2015!
Onpoint worked collaboratively alongside Capitol Hill Housing, the city of Seattle's Office of Housing, Office of Economic Development, it's design team and it's community partners to realize this project. Aimed at fighting gentrification, the Liberty Bank Building gives our Black community a strong place to call home.
I had to take a self guided tour without all the commotion and chatter and let the gravity of this project sink in. It was a pleasure working on this project. Through all the ups and downs it's done! As they say, team work makes the dream work.
