| Seattle, WA (January 13, 2015) – Onpoint Real Estate Services, LLC celebrates its recent success by becoming the exclusive broker to negotiate a seven-figure lease on behalf of the first Steak n’ Shake franchise restaurant to open in Seattle spring 2015. Steak 'N Shake will replace the once downtown iconic BRUNO's Mexican-Italian restaurant. BRUNO's has been in the Glen Hotel Building for forty years. Steak n’ Shake, founded in 1934, pioneered the concept of premium burgers and milk shakes. Onpoint, a full-service independently owned real estate company is the sole broker of Steak n’ Shake franchised restaurants in Washington State.
