REMAINDER OF MOUNT CALVARY CHRISTIAN CENTER PROPERTY IN THE CENTRAL DISTRICT NEIGHBORHOOD OF SEATTLE, WA, USA

June 10th, 2020---GardnerGlobal, Inc (GG) is under contract to purchase the remainder of property owned by Mt. Calvary Christian Center located at 1412 23rd Ave, Seattle, WA 98122 in Seattle’s historic Central District neighborhood adding an additional 14,268 square feet of developable property to GG’s portfolio. Onpoint Real Estate will take lead as the developers on a proposed 8 story, 120+unit multifamily housing project.

The property is zoned neighborhood commercial (NC) and can allow up to 8 stories of multifamily residences. The property is also located within the mandatory housing affordability (MHA).
GardnerGlobal, Inc. has been under contract to purchase Mount Calvary’s “Teen Center” located directly across the street where they will pay homage to the long standing Black Church by naming it, “23Calvary”.
