The Betfair Chase looks like it will be a cracker of a race and I have no strong views on it as yet. I doubt I will be betting big in it if at all but at the prices I think SeeYouAtMidnight looks most interesting.
But, I thought I would run a poll on today's blog post and ask what you are backing.

Venetia Williams belatedly got of the mark yesterday with a 6/1 winner for our micro system - it was one of the most profitable micro angles last year and hopefully she can have a good couple of weeks ahead- given her slow start I may follow it into December also. If you are going to follow just one trainer micro system before Christmas, history suggests it should be this one...

You may think a similar thing. In any case, I think my reply is worth a couple of minutes of your time as I respond to all of his points in my usual open, honest and blunt way... (not sure where he got the booms from...)

p.s my trainer track profiles jumps stats pack had their best one off day yesterday I think. Three winners at Chepstow 20/1, 6/1 and 10/1 for +28 points profit if backing everything.
