Hello Friend
Cheltenham Showcase Meeting
I've just finished my 'Cheltenham Showcase' free blog post, which includes :-
- Trainer pointers for Messrs Paul Nicholls, Fergal O'Brien (the two most winning trainers in recent years) as well as Nicky Henderson and Dr Newland
- Course winners... a look at horses running at this meeting that have previously won at Cheltenham. One particular angle is 12/25, 16p, +45 BFSP in the last 5 years.
- Big Race Trends: Some stats/trends/trainer records for two of Saturday's handicaps, the 3.15 and 3.50
With any luck something there helps you land on a winner or three. I'll be posting 'qualifiers' against the trainer angles and the 'course winners' stats in the daily posts as usual.

Punting Pointers
I've also pulled together a quick reference doc to help in our punting, either when using my content as a starting point, or any other 'way in' you have to a horse/race.
Inside it looks at the record of handicap hurdlers and handicap chasers in different field sizes, focusing on... - Horse Race Base ratings, which I use alongside some of my stats content to add context
- Position in the weights - record of top weights, top two and top 4 in weights
- Market position: Fav, Top 2, Top 4 in market
- Last Time Out Winners
- Pace/Race position... the record of those who lead/race prominent
I think it's a fairly useful document, whether you use any of my content as a starting point or elsewhere. Hopefully it may help in your punting.

Today's daily post... there's the usual content, including a stats snippet at the bottom with a quick look at Venetia's record with handicap chasers aged 5. It may be worth noting.
You can flick through that post, and the comments, HERE>>>

Finally... Geegeez Gold....
Matt's in the middle of a launch of a Winter Season Ticket for Geegeez Gold, if you hadn't noticed.
If you've never looked or taken a trial, now really is the time to do so.
It sells itself really. If you like finding your own winners and want to transform your puzzle solving experience, you should have a peak at his offer. For some of you reading this you'll wonder how you ever looked at a race without it...

All the best,
