Hello Friend
Betting on horses is a funny old game. Plenty of punting lows (long losing runs), much steady mediocrity ( up, down, up, down, not really going anywhere) and the occasional big bang/spike in form, which is where the profit over a year can come from - well, it seemingly does for me although you always want to be more consistent.
I'm in the midst of a 'big bang' and I'll try and keep it going for as long as possible. My stats/horses to follow content continues to highlight many winners and for tipping purposes that content is my 'way in'.
In the last 5 days I've tipped 14 horses on the daily posts, 5 winners, +38 points or £190 to £5 bets. On Monday we had Glenties, a loser on Tuesday, and Mr Kiki 11s yesterday. That's in addition to any nibbles on Really Super at 25/1.
So, I'm in the midst of a good run, which follows the -22 points I dropped after Scarlet Dragon won at Royal Ascot, 33s. Taking this year's Flat total to...
49 bets / 7 wins / 18p (inc wins), +46.5 points (non bog), +56.34 BFSP
That's an unsustainable ROI, however, you're only ever as good as your last winner and that's enough looking back.
Looking forwards... there are no tips from me today. I expect the weekend will be busy enough with plenty of quality handicaps to ponder.
Don't forget I post tipping updates at around 8am, 9am and 10am latest on the day of racing. There's always a write up packed with snippets, and they help you make your own mind up, if you so wish.
New Posts of Interest
To help in your own puzzle solving endeavours there are three posts of interest this week...
1. Micro Monday - some 'Straight Track' trainer/jockey stats. Report HERE>>>
2. Tracker Tuesday - VIDEOS... x2 looking at Sectional Times and how they could help you. I look at a couple of races from Wolverhampton on 2nd July and I hope you enjoy them.
Plenty there to flick through in the next few days, if you've nothing better to do! :)
I suspect i'll next email out on Saturday. In the meantime,
Happy Punting and as always, thanks for reading.
