Subject: Really Super Goes Chasing / Micro Monday Stats Pointers

Hello Friend

Really Super runs today and i've some brief thoughts on her below. I've also shared todays members' 'Micro Monday' report, with a few stats pointers to help with your own punting.

Really Super (2.20 Worc)

An exciting day ahead for us shareholders as Super goes over fences for the first time, in search of a fourth career win for us. Sadly I can't make it to the course this time but i'll be watching enthusiastically on tv. If she's in the same form as LTO and jumps in public as well as she does at home, then I'd say she's the one to beat.

I don't think it's a great bunch and everything has a question or two. Whether 5/2 is value for a chase debutant, i'm not sure, as on track is always very different to the schooling grounds, albeit there should be plenty of room/time today. But, i'll dream of her winning in the same style as LTO, and with her 7lb mares allowance. She's miles clear on HRB ratings,  top on Inform 'master' and 'master/average'. Hopefully she's a natural, attacks them, and we can go on from here.

The plan is to ride her handy and give her a clear sight of her fences. If nothing else is giving a lead/going fast enough, Jack won't be afraid to send her on. I'm trying to take my owners' blinkers off - but I do think this race is all about 'her' and how she jumps/whether she's in the same mood as LTO. The rest will struggle if she is, to my eyes anyway. I have backed her. I'm on the fence as to whether 5/2 is big enough, but I couldn't help myself :) The first few fences will give us some indication - if she's 'guessy', it could be a long few minutes. Alternatively, she may lock onto them, and ping them, having the time of her life.

Micro Monday

A few weeks back I introduced a new structure in my Members Club for additional content, outwith the daily members' posts. These include 'Micro Monday' (where I take a look at trainer/jockey/pace stats, mainly focused on chasers), 'Tracker Tuesday' (a chase 'eye-catcher' from the previous week) and 'Trends Thursday' (a focus on two Saturday handicaps, with stats/trends/trainer records)

Given Really Super runs today I thought i'd take a look at Amy Murphy and Jack Quinlan, and share with you today's members 'Micro Monday' report.

Hopefully there're a few pointers in there that will help you find a few winners in the months ahead.

I did find it interesting that with unexposed chasers (0-2 chase runs) sent off 7/2 or shorter SP, she's 5/6,6p.

Now that's a very small sample, but with any luck Super will take those stats to 6/7,6p
