Subject: My Flat Handicap Checklist: How to find winners??

Good Afternoon Friend

I hope you are all enjoying our 'summer'. In Liverpool we are now into day 5 of hot sunshine this year I think (there were a couple of days a few months ago!) and I suppose I had better make the most of it.

Of course for us racing fans we are now seeing good to firm ground more regularly, which makes a pleasant change. We shall see how long it lasts.

Anyway, today I have some notes for you that may be of interest. Something to help you find those elusive winners. (well, elusive for me at any rate)

As you know I am on an educational journey on the blog - trying to develop some skills in the world of sprint handicaps. You see the good, the bad and the ugly.

I thought it would be useful to put my developing thought-process - how I analyse these races - into some sort of checklist. These are the kind of factors that I increasingly think about when looking at a race.

You may find them helpful and of course if there are any areas you think I have missed, that you put great importance on, do let me know.

If it helps you eek out even more profit then even better. I am hoping it helps me.

All the best
Josh
