VIDEO – A quick, 12 minute, look through which NH trainers have done well since racing resumed on June 1st. At around the 5 minute point I then look at some trainer stats pointers for all Chepstow jumps fixtures since the start of 2015. Do watch this with a notepad as there is the odd trainer to note, trainer/jockey, trainer/race type, trainer/distance, trainer/class etc. Useful for the season ahead.

Silver Trophy Meeting Pointers – 2 trainers and 2 jockeys to keep an eye on who’ve done well at this fixture in the past. As always with these ‘big meeting notes’ they are small numbers, but looked interesting enough to my eyes. I will post any ‘qualifiers’ in the daily posts.  Includes the Paul Nicholl's angle that is 42 bets / 16 wins / 23p / 38% sr / +28 SP/ +35 BFSP

Silver Trophy Handicap – Big Race Trends/Stats/Pointers

One of THE biggest staying chases is run this Sunday - The Czech's biggest race of their year. Sadly I can't go this year, but its being shown on RTV and is always a spectacle (esp now they've made a few fences safer, meaning much less carnage)

Anyway, i've got good friend Alex to pull together a runner by runner guide, including his tissue prices and 1-2-3 shortlist.

This year's field includes and ex Chris Gordon chaser, and a horse who started life in a 7f maiden at Sandown!

There's plenty to flick through as always -well certainly now the jumps is stepping up a gear - a few qualifiers against my new jumps angles and the 'monthly trainers'. 

There's also some 'supplementary' stats for a few of those qualifiers, including a jockey who rides Ffos Las very well, or has done in recent times... 

9/32, 15p, +31 in the last 5 years. He’s 3/8, 5p +21 in the last year.
