Firstly, and not before time, Happy New Year to you all. I hope 2017 brings you much success and happiness.
That's more like it...
I for one was pleased to see the back of 2016, 'tipping' wise - well the latter half anyway. Blimey I had been on a horror run but 2016s Free Jumps Tips still showed a profit of around +70 points for the year, and at £20 per point for me I won't complain.
2017 has started off much better on that front- 3 tips so far, 2 winners (Morney Wing 12s,Cabragh 9/2) and all have made the frame, +21 points (which near enough erodes my dismal efforts from November/December!)
Anyway, if you ever see a C4+, 2m7f+ handicap chase on a card, you can be sure I have had a good look. I will try and ensure the write ups remain of some use/interest, even if my tipping can sometimes be off. With any luck I can build on that good start to the year.

January Pointers...
I have had a look at 5 trainers whose horses may be worth a second glance this month- mainly their records in certain 'race types' at this time of year, or at certain tracks.
I will highlight any 'qualifiers' on the blog, and we can see how they get on. There is one qualifier today...

Members Club Results
Any finally, I like to be transparent with all things on the blog and I have updated my Jumps TTP stats results to end of week 14...

My new 'ratings fusion' approach is ticking along.
(more sophisticated,fewer bets, higher win/place SR,bigger ROI)
They took a dip after I launched the Xmas Offer- typical really, isn't that always the way?! But, since the 9th December when that new approach was introduced the results have been phenomenal really, and should reward those with patience through to the end of the season.
(+57 points all ratings qualifiers, around +40 if you just backed top rated qualifiers, that's in around 25 race days, not even a full month)
