I'll be quick this morning as I'm rushing off to Amy's stable where we've 35 members of the RTP Syndicates joining us. We'll get to see our horses in the yard, up the gallops and in their holiday paddocks, before heading to the July Course for their afternoon card. Evening beers and curry to follow. It should be a fun day.

I have picked out a 33s-40s shot in The Wokingham but I'll get what I deserve there no doubt. It hasn't been a great week for my handicap pokes, even with my tv change budget. It started ok, but a couple of naff days. Needing a winner of The Wokingham to save you isn't a great place to be! Still, that's Royal Ascot. I hope you've had a decent week so far.
