Anyone that followed the Cartmel stats I sent out during their two days of racing last week had a rather profitable time. Maurice Barnes' record with handicap chasers (2010-) before last week was 2/5, 4 places +11 points. It now reads 4/7, 6 places +25 points. Two winners at 15/2 and 13/2. ( I was on the former, I wasn't on the latter annoyingly, thought he may have needed the run, that will teach me!)
Gordon Elliot also improved his impressive haul with non-handicap hurdlers with an easy 2/1 winner that was well backed.
Anyway, I have pulled together a similar report for Stratford, which coincidentally has a meeting this evening :)
Having had a cursory glance the following 'qualify'... - Race 1: Alys Rock / Personable
- Race 2: Chase The Wind
- Race 3: Zarawi
- Race 4: Gentleman Anshan
- Race 6: Lincoln County
Personally I use these stats as a 'way in' before looking at the race/horses in more depth. But what you do with them is entirely up to you. You can see why those horses 'qualify' in the stats guide HERE
