Subject: [Free Report Inside] Summer Flat Trainers to Follow

Hello Friend

Summer Flat Trainers to Follow?

I hope you're having a decent week and are enjoying the sunshine.

Saturday's Chester Video Preview went well enough, the two horses I flagged finishing 1st and 2nd, which wasn't too bad. I'd take that every time! :) (unlikely, I know) Still, hopefully those of you who watched may have had a nibble, or maybe even the forecast! I'll see if I dare tackle The Dash this weekend.

We move on...

I'm always happy to take requests for research pieces/videos etc and one of my members, Mike, asked if i'd have a look at the 'main' part of the Flat season (June, July & August) and whether there were any trainers/angles of note.

I got digging in HorseRaceBase and came up with 10 angles, that with luck may be a useful starting point.

(it's also up on the blog in the Free Reports & systems tab, here>>> )

O'Meara has a couple of qualifiers, in the 2.50 and 4.25 Ayr, we shall see how they go.

Elsewhere...

I've posted a results update for May, that's HERE>>>

It's been so-so on the 'tipping' front with my 2m7f+ jumpers, -5 points or so, but not too bad. A 41% place SR with the chasers and if I keep that up, the profit pile will only go one way in time. May included x6 2nds, three of them frustrating enough. A game of fine margins, another month they'd have won and it would be +20 or so, happy days. I'll be working hard to make that the case in June.

As always there's plenty more than just my 'tips' / analysis, with information & chat galore to read, flick through and use how you please.

My Flat Pointers...

I've been trying to add some ad hoc 'flat chat' on some days (esp when no jumps races to attack), and to be more specific with flagging certain horses that may be worth a closer look. (rather than just throwing stats around)

In the three days i've done that properly,  (27th, 28th May - a 'through the card' requested by a member as he was off racing, and 1st June) > > >

21 horses flagged / 7 winners / +25.5 points (1 point win)

They're not tips as such, for all there is method to my madness. A bit of fun. But there's plenty of useful chat to use or ignore as you please, usually posted by 6pm the day before.

 A recent example being Ralph's 10s > 8s > 10/3 novice winner at Haydock...

" YesYes – (8/1) WON 8/1 > 10/3  ... the first of two novice races where the market will no doubt guide. Eileendover races in here and it will be interesting to see how she goes, having done ok in NHF races over the winter. Maybe her winning attitude, guts and assured stamina will count for something. (2nd) Of the flat horses with form, they all have various questions but obviously something is entitled to take a big step forward. Anyway… this one is about the trainer really, and the market may, or may not, guide as to the readiness of the filly.

Beckett remains in fine form, 5/22,12p, +29 SP in the last 14 days , 10/36, 17p at Haydock in the last year. Rob Hornby is 36/131, 66p, +110 SP on Ralph’s runners in the last year.

Of some further interest… Beckett is 3/9,5p in Novice races at the track in the last 730 days, 2/6,4p with 3YOs in Novice races here, 1/1 when making their debut. So, stats wise at least, solid enough."

Now, the next 21 I flag will probably all fall out the back of the tv but I like flicking through and providing something interesting to read, ignore, or back as you please. Many of the stats I flag end up highlighting winners in the next few days. Always the option for fun multiples or placepots etc.
