While writing this email his price has gone from 11/1 to 8/1 across the board, with 6s in places. That is important as all wins have been when 6/1 or under. He is 0/19, 0 places over 6/1. If he drifts out that would be a concern. Negatives. None really. This is obviously a large field competitive race and he has been out of form, but that can be put down to the going. She has her conditions and has been running ok, without necessarily looking ready to strike. However she is 6lb below that first 3 this season. She has struggled to get within 3L of winners on her recent starts. All race conditions are fine and she is a CD winner. Negatives. It wont escape your notice that there are 4 unexposed 3 year olds in the race, and she is far from progressive. No problem with race conditions. My Verdict. 1/2 point EW 6/1. There are 2 places to aim at here and due to her consistency and the fact that there are unusually high number of unexposed horses in the race, one of which is odds on, make me want to go the safety first route.
