Firstly there are no bets tomorrow, 24/05/15. 

A 2 point profit on the day thanks to Maven who was available at 3/1 last night and in places this morning. Solar Spirit was a frustrating 3rd at 8/1 as he looked to be travelling all over those in front of him, which included his stable mate. 

Unfortunately both of yesterday's selections finished out of the places so all in all we are level over the past two days which leaves...

3/17 +11 points. 7/17 Top 3. 

4 horses ran outside of their conditions yesterday and were beaten. 5 ran today outside of their ideal conditions and were beaten. There were 9 the day before that. 

That is the context for the fact that Rothesay Chancer won yesterday at 7/1 outside of his ideal conditions. I think he was 10/1 earlier in the day. He was 2/46 outside of his profile conditions and generally hard to predict - like most Jim Goldie horses! Anyway, it is frustrating when this happens but it is part of this approach and those that lose outside of their ideal conditions more than make up for the winners.
