I wasn't planning on emailing out today - but there's been a discussion in today's members' comments about the Altior situation, and a general chat on bookies relationship with trainers etc. Some of my members are very anti big bookmakers, which I can't say is a feeling I share! :) 

I posted my reply in today's free post - just to see if anyone had any views as to the matter really.

Do post a comment if you've any views as to the current state of play or what the solution is. I quite like the trainer/jockey blogs delivered via bookmakers sites and i'm not sure they'd exist otherwise - but when it comes to sensitive information, there's clearly work to do - although it seems Betfair have a decent approach. You may think these relationships raise too many questions around integrity etc.
