Subject: 🏇 Your Questions Answered: Just x7 Shares Left, Don't Miss Out!

Good Morning Friend

This is likely to be the final email about 'The Plumber' i'll send you, but I didn't want you to miss out, especially if you're on the fence. (i'll start sending out some free Festival stats soon!)

It's looks like we only have x7 shares remaining in The Plumber, and with any luck by this time next week we'll have sold out, and assembled another superb group who can't wait to start their ownership journey. It promises to be a lot of fun, for what is just £3.28p per day.

Above you can find my video on 'The Plumber', if you haven't watched it already. It explains why I'm so excited by him (esp as he only cost 10k) and what the plans are moving forwards.

Below I've also answered a few questions that were sent in.

If you want to sign up, or have any questions, do email me at the following address... and I'm always happy to chat on the phone also. I don't underestimate how big a decision this can be.

Syndicate #1 had a great time at Chelmsford recently... and half of those in that snap are already in #2 'The Plumber'. A great bunch.

Your Questions Answered

How do I sign up?

Just drop me an email at rtpsyndicate@gmail.com , and we'll go from there :) You're officially 'in' when you return your signed RTPS Agreement (in line with BHA best practice), which includes a full breakdown of costs.

Is it a long term commitment?

No. Your initial commitment is just 12 months. You don't have to stay beyond that. This is all set out in 'the agreement'.

Do I get any prize money, and what if fees are unspent come year end?

Yes! Of course you get any prize money won, in line with the % you own (2.5%, 5% or more). This is settled within 14 working days at the end of each year.

We also rebate any unspent fees related to the training, running and riding of the horse, as per 'the agreement'. Within 'the agreement' there is a full breakdown of costs, so you know where every penny is being spent. You get to read through this agreement before signing up. Everything we do is transparent.

When will The Plumber run, and how often?

The evidence of his breeding suggests he's not a deep winter ground horse, hence why we plan to run him from April through to end of October each year, before taking two months off. He will start off in NHF races (bumpers), novice hurdles, handicap hurdles, with the hope of progressing to chases. He should run 6-8 times per season, maybe a few more if he takes his racing well. We make sure there are plenty of social opportunities all year round.

He'll be ready to run in 6 weeks time. Exciting.

How good will he be?

That's hard to answer, the first priority is to have some fun, get him competitive and winning races. That's the dream. If he turns out as good as his half sister Glan, he could be a 120+ horse, maybe 130. Plenty of his siblings have won races, rated 100+, a few posting RPRs 120+. Exciting times. Amy will get the best out of him.

Where will he run?

That depends on the number of suitable races open to him and the course conditions. We do try our best to make sure our horses run as close to where members reside as possible, trying to spread their runs around over the course of a season so you don't have to travel halfway across the country each time.

Is this a managed syndicate?

Yes! We don't just ignore you like some syndicates. In fact we work very hard to ensure you have the best time possible, even when sat at home on race day. We communicate regularly (weekly update emails, WhatsApp messages and much more), organise trips to the yard, the races and other social events. Our aim is to make your experience the best it can be, and take you as close to your horse as possible. We do all the hard work so you don't have to.

We have assembled a great group of owners, who know how to have good time.

OK, I'm in, when do I have to pay?

Superb. Remember, it works out at just £3.28p per day :)

We like to be as flexible as possible, but if you can pay your capital share by the end of March, that would be great. Your monthly fees start on the 1st of March, but we can always discuss :) Just email us: rtpsyndicate@gmail.com

And don't forget, it's for only one year, you're in control as to whether you stay into year 2.

See you on the inside soon! We can't wait :)

All the best,

Josh
