I've used my Sat Trends Post (read HERE >>>) to home in on three pokes today...
2.05 Hayd -
Align The Stars - 10.00...
I can't leave him at that price, I really liked Thirsk win and looked as though may relish further step up, has to prove stamina of course. More to come from him.
I've had saver on fav at 7/2, Wild Waves, to cover stake on above, maybe that's a weak play, but he cruised around at Donny, green in front, Oisin up here, and looks the sort who could improve bundles more. Both on my trends list, hopefully one of them takes it, pref Johnstons at the prices, the team know what's required to win this race. Last 10 winners all sent off 13/2 ISP so a race market tends to get right.
3.15 Hayd -
La Yakel - 6.6 Betfair Exc (now 7.4)
Maghlaak - 14.00 (now 15.5)
The Haggas horse...hits my trends, he'll be fit, yard now flying, Tom is here and I'm hoping aggressive from wide in a race without much pace on paper (jockeys all know that and sometimes leads to a load going forward in these big hncps, I hope not), looks like type with a fair bit more to come this season back up to 12f, good form at York, winner franked/well hncped/G3 horse, got stuck wide, cut through like well hncped, lacked pace late but stayed on over 10f. This has to have been the plan. A race the market tends to get right, well 14/1< sp. Rarely a biggie (1/119, 16s+ isp) He wants rain to keep falling. I thought enough there at 11/2+, just about acceptable...
Maghlaak - bit of a punt in 1st blinkers but won at Goodw in soft like a horse with more to come, over 10f, outpaced, took a while to find gear but just stayed on strongly, I thought this trip could unlock more, he's regally bred. No idea what happened in Zetland Gold Cup, got stuck wide, then back, buffeted around, they reach for 1st B. Hits my main trends, what interested me was the hope in the headgear Saffie may boot him out and be handy, could even try to make all, we shall see. If he's in Goodwood form he'll stay on and be thereabouts. Could hate the blinkers, but he's 14.00. Hills has hit some solid form in last 14 days, more to come from this horse at some point.

Best of luck with your weekend punting,
All the best,
