Subject: 🏇🟢 Don't Miss This. Let's Enjoy the Greatest Game, Together.

Good Evening, Friend

It's time to have some fun... doors to my revamped Members' Club will open on Sunday at Midday, including a 99p 21 Day Trial.

The purpose of this email is to explain my thinking, the plan moving forwards, and how we can enjoy this great game together, getting more pleasure than ever before, with some winners along the way of course.

Thanks for taking the time to read what follows, it really is appreciated, whether you dive into becoming a member of our racing community, 'team RTP', our unique tribe, or whether you just continue to read the free emails I send, for all moving forward Members' will now get most of the 'good stuff'! :)

Before that...

Friday went very well, Saturday not so much! This game has a way of bringing you back down to earth rather sharpish! My Cambridge trends were 'useless', well, run that x10 and the fav probably wins x8 of them, but fair play to Astro King and the superb Kubler team. He cost them £36k out of Sir Michael Stoute's yard and has now won his new owners over £200k. I wouldn't mind one like that at some stage! Top weights were 0/18,1p in recent years, some effort. The biggest priced horses on my trends shortlist may all still be running!

Dead Right isn't still running, he stopped doing so rather early on, never going a yard and he doubled in price from the morning and ran as such, shame. I've got Found On very wrong, alas. My word she can jump, and they'll have another fun season with her (when getting Good ground) especially given the mares programme. This proved that a big field is no bother either. Another mare chased her home, Fairfield Ferrata running a stormer, hopefully they can get more runs into her this season, again, mares races, when Found On isn't in the line up, but she must have some sort of handicap in her, esp up north, if building on it.

One True King is the one i'll take forward for now. He's well handicapped again, wants good/good to soft, and all his wins in smaller fields. He was a bit keen early here, scruffy at the odd jump, but battled on well. He needs to go right-handed I think. He never wins by far, and isn't the easiest, but if he builds on this, they should find him a small little handicap somewhere. All of Twister's ran well again. And it was an afternoon to remind us just how good Sean Bowen is. He's arguably the best in a finish also, so strong, for all Sam-Twiston is decent also.

How will I add to your horse-racing experience, and make you enjoy this game even more...

I'm writing to you with the spring back in my racing step, re-invigorated and ready to do everything I can to help you enjoy horse racing like never before, to create the best racing community around, to win together, to improve and grow together, and ultimatley to just enjoy ourselves.

Winning some extra pocket money over time would be welcome of course, whether you bet 50p, or £50, but it's not the end of the world if we don't win enough to buy a pent house villa in Spain :)

I'm not going to spout all that nonsense about 'being in the 3% of winners' and so on. Yes we want to win long term, but do you know what? Losing is fine. Breaking even is better of course!

I've got friends who play Golf, they're not very good, but they love it, and will spend plenty over the year on their main hobby. I was speaking to one of our Syndicate owners at Yamrouth, Steve, and he said something which stuck with me - he said if he breaks even or a small loss most year's, he's happy. He sets his budget. He gets so much enjoyment from the day to day challenge, trying to solve the puzzle, betting small amounts, but ultimately wanting to be engaged and entertained.

It dawned on me that this is my purpose, to engage, entertain, to bring racing fans together, and to provide content which can help you find a few more winners, but to also just enjoy the game together.

We can improve over time, and with any luck, some years, make a profit that we can spend on the things we enjoy. A nice holiday, a fancy meal out, some nice wine. Whatever. But, we have to enjoy the journey, towards a destination which never arrives! And if you set a betting budget for the season and it's lost, so what, if you break even, so what. There's nothing to be ashamed of in that. But we will win over time!

Finding your own winners...

The survey I sent out a few months ago was interesting. Of the 400 of you who kindly filled it in, 381 of you said that, while you do like following some 'tips', you get plenty of pleasure from using information, stats, eye-catchers, trends, pointers etc to help find your own winners. That's crucial.

And that's why I'm here I suppose! Creating such content drives me forward, to help you get even more out of this racing game, out of the punting game.

So, how do I plan to help...

The Community - well you, the RTP Tribe, are a fine bunch and in season's gone by we've had some great daily interactions on the blog, but in the last year something was missing. In part that was my fault, I lost my way, but I should also move with the technical times!

Posting on a blog doesn't allow fluid 'chat'. So, with the new Private Telegram Group, I'm excited to see how that can progress again. It will be a great place to chat to other racing punters, to share ideas, maybe share a few winners, and so on. We can engage through the day, I can use it to update you on when new content has been posted, run tipping competitions and all sorts. It should be great fun, for all the comments under blog posts will still be there.

The content - well, it will be much of what I've been sending out since May, with the addition of some daily stats qualifiers from my new TTP report, posted the evening before, for those of you who like using them as a 'starting point'.

They'll be a big race trends focus for a Saturday handicap or two (and The Festival), and before that, 'horses of interest', 'through the cards', 'race analysis', such as Worcester's winner, quick reviews as per above, with the odd eye-catcher for the future, and so on. I will endeavour to record some more videos also - the shorter the better, I know! They'll be plenty of stats snippets of course.

There's much to look forward to and I hope you'll dive in and give it a try, as together we are stronger, there's much fun to be had, and hopefully profit to make, in time. But I'm here to try and engage and entertain. I'll try my best, and work hard for you, to do just that.

Pricing...

There will be a 21 day trial for 99p, cancel anytime, and so on. And as always, I refund any 'accidental' payments made, if you meant to cancel but forgot! Hopefully you won't go anywhere of course :)

In part I suppose I want you to treat your membership a bit like a magazine subscription, whereby you just enjoy the daily read and the challenge of trying to find more winners, and improve as time goes on (if you so wish!). Just being spoon-fed 'tips' is only so engaging, and enjoyable, for all they'll be plenty of horses I fancy and so on, to use as you please!

Maybe my previous pricing set the bar too high and put too much pressure on myself for 'results'. My mindset has changed, and my content has been better for it.

The new pricing structure is as follows, and once you're in, it won't go up...

  • Monthly: £19.99

  • Quarterly: £49.99 (equiv to £16.66 pm)

  • Winter Season Ticket: £99.99 (equiv to x2 quarters)

  • Annual: £179.99 (equiv to £14.99 pm)

I think that's fair, it makes my content more accessible, and we're not exactly living in plentiful times. I want everyone to get involved, whether you bet 50p or £50, or whether you just enjoy the read and the watch. In truth, I think it will be worth it just for the private Telegram group!

So, that's where we are.

Like I said, it would be great to have you involved from tomorrow, and we'll have some fun. There's plenty more Ike Sport's to be found (with a few Dead Right's along the way also!)

It's all rather exciting really. It's a re-set, and time to go again.

Do look out for tomorrow's email, which will be sent at Midday. I've even got a Paypal option again, so you really have no excuse! :)

Finally, I should add- I will also share exclusive RTP Syndicate content, usually only reserved for owners - I'll be picky with that of course, and it will be shared some time after owners have digested any updates/previews etc, but I'll hopefully share the odd snippet of use.

It's a new dawn, and I can't wait to see you on 'the inside' tomorrow! And they'll be a Tipping Competition soon enough, with cash prizes and I've a few 'Jumpers to Follow' books to give away.

I hope you're as excited as I am! (maybe not, but you can fake it :) )

Thanks for reading, enjoy the rest of your Saturday evening, and here's to a great jumps season ahead.

Speak tomorrow, all the best,

Josh
