Subject: 🏇 Cheltenham Festival Fever - Trends & Pointers

Hello, Friend,

If you hadn't noticed the Cheltenham Festival is around the corner! At this rate there could be more 'preview evenings' than runners, although if you've watched any good'uns, do let me know! I try and avoid them generally, bar the odd one, as you can have too much noise, if indeed you enjoy trying to solve the puzzle yourself.. Some of them have far too many people on the panel and say very little of significance, but maybe that's just me! In saying that, a few are good entertainment.

Below you can find my 'trends profile' for The Ultima Handicap Chase & The Boodles on Day 1 - I'm busying pulling together my stats & trends report and will likely just send it out for free, hopefully by next Wednesday.

First, I thought i'd flag Matt Tombs' 'Cheltenham Insight' articles over at Matchbook.

He looks at trainers, old course vs new course, impact of watering and the handicaps. I found them interesting and they're all worth a flick through...
