Subject: 🏇 Betfair Hurdle Trends Pointers

Good Morning, Friend

Below you can find a few trends pointers for the Betfair Hurdle, including a 'shortlist' of sorts, which may (or may not!) help point you in the right direction.

It's been a frustrating week generally and more so with our RTP Syndicate horses, but that's the game.

Plenty went wrong for Golden Mayflower at Kempton, falling out the stalls and then possibly too far back in a slowly run race. She had a big weight on also - don't forget, you can add 6lb onto the racecard weights, what with the allowances for jockeys for their body protectors and the closing of saunas - so she was lugging 10-5, and while she's a decent size, she's no brute. She's made up plenty of ground but the winner has kicked and in fairness, held on well. We may try her up in a slightly better class of race carrying less actual weight, but her day will come again and it was pleasing to see her finish off her race again.

We then headed off to Huntingdon to watch Kaleb in the listed novice hurdle. Sadly he forgot to lift his front legs and he put them straight through the first hurdle, thankfully avoiding injury. Jack was unscathed. They spotted a great stride but he just didn't jump, very odd. But, that's jumps racing. It was frustrating watching the race unfold as it fell apart somewhat (no Festival horses there) and we all thought he may have been thereabouts 2 out, and would have certainly got black-type for his dam. That one hurt a bit but we will go again.

Moving on...

A profile of being aged 5-6 (12/13), not bottom weight (13/13), 0-3 hurdle wins (13/13) and top 3 LTO (12/13) would point to 11 of last 13 winners and IF upholding, would point to seven…

6< hurdle starts and 0-1 runs in handicap hurdles has been a position (both 11 of last 13), and applying to the above leaves 10/13 (10/46 runners, +87 BFSP) and If upholding, would point to three…
