    • Lives, discussions, walkthroughs, Q & A, and sharing relevant content.

  • Education library – Help produce educational content and by promoting library, identifying presenters, and coordinating recordings.

ACCESS TO CAPITAL

Our ability to form partnerships with builders and developers, and to access capital are paramount to our success.

Committee Objectives

  • Fundraisers – create and promote various fundraisers to seed activations, plans, programs that support annual goals.

RESPONSIBLE DEVELOPMENT

Our commitment to responsible development is supported by the collective investment of our supporters. In order for us to practice responsibly we need to increase our administrative budget.

Committee Objectives

  • List of vendors/network – develop of network of trades (lenders, architects, builders, etc.) willing to support emerging developers

  • Activation group – develop and manage activities hosted on partner lots that encourage community engagement.

LEADERSHIP BREAKFAST

Starting in March we will begin hosting a leadership breakfast to begin scaling our existing solutions and creating new ones that we can leverage to take back our communities. Currently, there is a $1 - $3 million dollar grant opportunity being offered by Enterprise Community Partners to fund innovative solutions in housing. We will be talking with leaders about potential partnerships, solutions, and other opportunities.
