For the past several weeks we have been heads down working hard to draft our official technical comments in response to the "Retention of EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 Immigrant Workers and Program Improvements Affecting High- Skilled Nonimmigrant Workers" regulation, also popularly known as the EAD for I-140 regulation.
The comments were officially submitted today and the tracking number is 1k0-8o8n-dqez.
We feel proud to have submitted our sincere and honest thoughts on this regulation on behalf of the high skilled immigrant community. To make sure special interest groups supported by large corporations and immigration lawyers do not jeopardize the effort - we have decided to NOT publish the document for public consumption until the comment period ends.
