Subject: Friend, if you vent, you need to read this


I know most of us need to vent now and then Friend,

especially now that our personal resourcefulness has been pushed to the limit with all that is going on in the world.

But if you believe that screaming and punching a pillow will make you feel less angry, think again.

Studies show that venting unpleasant emotions can actually reinforce those feelings and over time, this can become a habitual pattern.
