WEEKLY INSTANT POT TIPS

Since we're covering Instant Pot stocks and broths, today's tip is about saving any bones and veggie scraps such as chicken carcass or wing bones, pork ribs or bones from that T-bone steak, carrot peels, green tops from beets, celery or radish, onion and garlic shells and so on. You can store them in Ziploc bags in the freezer, then pop them in the pressure cooker with water and seasoning for a quick and easy (and sustainable) broth.
