Hey Instant Pot team,


Fall in love with our juicy Instant Pot roast chicken and potatoes slathered with garlic-herb butter. We wanted to see how it could work using both the pressure cooking for speed and Roasting with an Air Fryer lid for that perfect, crispy skin finish. The result was amazing!


No need for Grocery store rotisserie chicken that's sat all day under a heat lamp. The cooking broth and drippings are loaded with flavor too and make the best gravy to pair with the finished chicken and potatoes. Add a salad and you got a complete meal!
