Hey Instant Pot team,

If it's snowing on your side of the world you need a hot bowl of tomato soup to keep you warm. This recipe is inspired by the Panera bread tomato soup but we added a little secret ingredient to bring out that rich and savory tomato flavor. It's velvety smooth and full of umami flavors bringing comfort and nutrients in one bowl. Serve with grated cheese and croutons on top or grilled toast or cheese toastie on the side.
