Hey Instant Pot family,

The festive season is upon us! Have you started planning your Christmas menu yet? We've got lots of ideas coming up in our Friday newsletter but today we're sharing a brand new recipe for a delicious, festive Christmas fruit cake you can make in the Instant Pot. 

Our version is quick and easy, made with less sugar and no alcohol, although you are welcome to add a little brandy to the soaked dried fruit. This cake can be made a few days in advance and can be served cold or warm with a dollop of cream, custard or ice cream.
