Subject: New! Braised Beef Cheeks (Served Four Ways)

Hey Instant Pot family! 


We have a new delicious and hearty recipe on the blog this week. It's Instant Pot beef cheeks braised in tomato and red wine sauce. It's so tender it falls apart and perfect to enjoy in 4 different ways.


Make it into a decadent ragu with your favorite pasta. It's good with pappardelle, tagliatelle, or fettuccine and grated Parmesan cheese on top. Or you can make a stew serving it over mashed potatoes with steamed green beans. A pot pie filling would be cozy on a chilly night. Just add a cup of peas to the cooked beef cheeks and transfer everything to a deep pie dish.


Don't forget there's also Taco Tuesdays. Shred with a fork, remove half of the liquid, and add taco seasoning. Then serve with tortillas, chipotle hot sauce, chopped cilantro, onions, and drizzle with lime juice. This batch can take you a long way this week.
