Today, we're sharing a couple of new recipes and a roundup of favourite Instant Pot cakes and plant-based stews.
For our new recipe, we want to show you how to make delicious shredded beef, which is super versatile and perfect for batch cooking and meal prep. This recipe is also gluten-free, paleo, and Whole30 friendly, for those of you with dietary requirements.
We then share our favourite way to use the above mentioned shredded beef: in fingerlickin' BBQ beef sandwiches made with cheese and garlic grilled buns. Does that sound amazing or what?
To balance things out, make sure to cook up one of the featured plant-based stews. These are great for fall cooking.
