In this week’s newsletter, we are sharing some fabulous Instant Pot recipes and ideas for the upcoming Christmas holidays. We’ve included delicious appetizers, mains, sides, desserts and drinks with a few vegan and gluten-free/paleo options. We hope you find it useful.

Speaking of delicious sides or mains, one of the dishes we’ve recently made in the Instant Pot and fallen in love with is a vegan-friendly, creamy artichoke pasta, which is sort of like a dairy-free version of a mac’n’cheese. It’s hearty and velvety but light enough to avoid the bloat you can often get after a hefty serving of cheesy pasta. 

Finally, in case you missed these, we’re also sharing our favourite Instant Pot recipes using ground beef and a super tasty mushroom soup.
