Happy Friday everyone!
Yes, the spring is getting closer but while it's still cold and wintery, we thought we'd cheer you up with a hearty recipe for stewed chicken and potatoes (link below). This dish is very easy to make, and will bring a bit of French provincial rusticness to the table.
Speaking of French cuisine, have you ever made vegetables en pappilotte (in a paper bag)? If not, make sure to check out our Instant Pot recipe on the blog. It's a great side dish and only takes a few minutes to cook.
We also have a new blog post featuring some of the best Instant Pot recipes using chicken thighs. This poultry meat is budget friendly and very tasty, so get inspired with our fabulous selection of ideas.
Finally, if want to learn how to cook spaghetti squash in the pressure cooker, we share how to do it in our 'blast from the past' post.
Have a great weekend and happy cooking, Irena & Alex
