Hello Instant Pot Lovers!
With spring here and Easter just around the corner, we thought we'd start sharing some lovely recipes that will be perfect for the holidays.

For those of you wishing to try cooking salmon in the Instant Pot, and because fish is perfect for the Easter table, we've lined up 10 nutritious and tasty salmon recipes you can make in the pressure cooking. Super easy!
Finally, we are continuing our Instant Pot 101 series. Our first EPIC post was dedicated to cooking grains and grain-based products. This week, we've published the latest guide to all different kinds of legumes, including timings and any other points you should know about.
In our upcoming newsletter, we'll be sharing a sensational lamb roast and the full lowdown on how to cook frozen chicken in your IP. Have a great weekend and happy cooking, Irena & Alex
