Happy Instant Pot Lovers!
We love how many cuisines you can experiment with in your Instant Pot, so this week we're going on a little trip around the world.
Our first stop is Sweden where we get to enjoy a bowl of piping hot meatballs with mushrooms gravy. You can make it with regular dairy cream, or stick to the recipe for an AIP and paleo friendly version.
We then head down all the way to India for a taste of some delicious biryani rice dishes, perfectly cooked in your pressure cooker.
We'll swing past a book shop and check out the latest Instant Pot cookbook dedicated to recipes suitable to those with autoimmune condition and following an AIP diet.
Finally, we come back full circle to the Caribbean where we feast on barbacoa pulled pork with rice, salad and guacamole.
