One of the biggest challenges to loosing weight is knowing the right food choices. When you consume too many carbohydrates in each meal, your body can not burn it all. Then, instead of turning your food into energy, your body stores it as fat. Starchy foods such as rice, potatoes, pastas, and breads contain higher amounts of carbohydrates. My recipes will provide you with food options.
