I’ve been watching members inside the Portal this month.
People have been sitting down with the things they’ve been avoiding…
and instead of forcing themselves, they’re starting gently. Together.
One email.
One drawer.
One small step.
And something shifts. Something sort of clicks into place.
It's not just that they're getting things done…
It's that they feel different while doing them.
Softer.
Calmer.
More like themselves.
And what I’m seeing, over and over again, is this:
When you start including yourself in the process…
when you go a little slower…
when you choose one small, doable step…
things begin to move.
Not in a dramatic, overwhelming way.
But steadily.
Gently.
In a way that actually lasts.
And maybe even more importantly…
you stop feeling like you’re failing at your own life.
And then, almost without realising it, you start trusting yourself more.
It's so amazing to witness.
Most of us were never taught how to do things kindly.
We were taught to push.
To override.
To “just get on with it.”
And for a while, that can look like it works.
But inside… it doesn’t feel good.
It feels like you’re constantly chasing yourself.
Like you’re never quite caught up.
Like there’s always something hanging over you.
So when you stand in front of something you need to do…
and your body tightens…
and you don’t start…
it’s not because you’re lazy.
It’s because something in you doesn’t want to be treated like that anymore.
If something in you is longing for more peace inside yourself…
for a way of getting things done that doesn’t leave you feeling bad about yourself…
you’re very welcome to come and experience this together with us inside The Portal of Permission.
It's a really beautiful space.
You can join for the month and see how it feels..
There’s no pressure. Just a quiet, supportive space to begin.
If you loved yourself, what would you choose to do now?
