When you set an intention for yourself...
It stays within you - whether or not you fulfil it immediately.
Some things take time before you feel ready for them.
Even years.
I know there are things I find easy to do today, that were impossible dreams for my younger self.
I intended to do them and then kept taking little steps towards them.
So trust yourself.
If, for example, you intend to love yourself more in your food and eating...
That is already really powerful.
Trust that you are on your path there.
Self-love is a daily choice.
We eat a few times a day - each time is a chance to give yourself some kindness.
To aim to feel loved by your choices.
And all those little moments add up. They really do.
So be kind to yourself.
It's not always easy to do.
Be patient with you.
