RUN TIME: Approximately 1 hour 15 mins.
THEME: Practical solo training drills (a single focus mitt is needed for some drills)
HOW TO TAKE PART: Simply have a device to hand with the iain abernethy app installed on it (and Zoom) at the above times! When you see the push message, click it, and then you’re in!
WHO CAN TAKE PART: This training session is excusive to app users and footage will be added to the app for those not able to join live. You can find the app by searching “iain abernethy” in either the App Store (iPhone / iPad) or Google Play (Android).
