Director, Latin America and Caribbean Government Relations & Business Development, Gaming Laboratories International
Mrs Sierra-Hughes is an attorney with a master’s in commercial law and specialisation in public law. She practiced law in a private firm and was later appointed as Legal Director of the Panama Gaming Control Board.

She joined Gaming Laboratories International in 2004, leading the LatAm and Caribbean strategy. Since then, she has been involved in every regulatory development process in the region, collaborating with government and lottery agencies as well as leading the service delivery for suppliers and operators.
