In just under two weeks, we will gather in Philadelphia at the IAGR 2014 Conference for what is shaping up to be another wonderful event with nearly 200 attendees. We have some very important updates to share with you here that impact the week's schedule of events.
First, a new webpage has been added to the IAGR website HERE which identifies the complete details about all of the social networking activities for the tour, opening reception and closing Gala dinner. Please visit this page and find a document to download and print for reference, especially for those participating in the Monday lunch & tour.
Details include instructions for the following:
- Registration Desk hours
- Pick up delegate pack with Monday lunch card and map to Reading Terminal Market
- Gathering times and location for Monday tour bus
You will find valuable travel planning tips HERE for such questions as:
- Taxi, train (SEPTA) or shuttles from airport
- Weather
- US tipping practices
We have created a page describing some of the venues and recommended dress codes HERE.
Please find again an updated list of attendees for registrations through today. Please use this reference list to set up meetings with your peers in advance of your arrival in Philadelphia or for general networking. Kindly reserve access to this list to registered IAGR delegates only.
Our Philadelphia host jurisdiction, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board, has put together a wonderful week. Please take advantage of every moment of your time in "Philly" and in the company of 200 colleagues.
