Subject: IAGR Nominations for Trustees Due this Week

Dear IAGR member,

The next IAGR Annual Meeting will be held during the annual IAGR conference on October 23, 2012, at 1130 a.m. in Singapore.

As mentioned in my earlier email, if any Ordinary Member wishes to nominate any Ordinary member to the Board of Trustees and/or for the posts of Vice President and Treasurer, please fill out the Nomination Form attached at Annex B, and email it to Secretary James Chan at no later than Saturday, September 22, 2012.

At the upcoming IAGR Annual Meeting, the Board of Trustees will seek your approval on several agenda items, including those listed below:

a. Amendments to IAGR bylaws
b. Appointment of Auditor/Accountant
c. IAGR Financial statement and Audit Report
d. IAGR Board of Trustees
e. IAGR Office Holders for 2012/2013

  • Vice President
  • Treasurer
For more information on the business meeting agenda, please refer to the draft meeting agenda which is marked as Annex A attached to this email.

With five weeks remaining until the conference, we encourage all members to register soon if you haven't already.
