We would like to share this reminder of the bylaws amendment approved at the October Philadelphia Annual Business Meeting which changed the official Membership year to a July 1st starting date effective in 2015. This change was intended to allow IAGR to synchronize the dues cycle more closely with the annual conference and business meeting.
The annual invoices have historically been sent in January or February for the calendar year; now, the membership will receive their renewal notices in late spring to accommodate this change.
All members who joined in 2014 will enjoy an extended six months' membership through June 30, 2015. The dues notices will cover the new July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016 billing cycle and member year. In addition, the deadline for dues renewal will be shortened to accommodate sufficient time for jurisdictional voting before the annual business meeting.
Please watch for your dues renewal notices in late April or May. As always, feel free to contact any of the Board of Trustees with questions.
