Greetings!
Next week, we will gather in Lima at the IAGR 2015 Conference for what is shaping up to be another wonderful event with over 160 attendees and covering both industry and approximately 34 gambling jurisdictions.
We have some important information to share with you to assist your preparations for the week's schedule of events.
List of Attendees
Please
find an updated list of attendees for registrations through
today, Friday, 09 October. Please use this reference list to set up meetings with your
peers in advance of your arrival in Lima or for general
networking. Kindly reserve access to this list to registered IAGR
delegates only.
Translation during Sessions
IAGR & IMGL have hired a translation company to provide English-Spanish translation of speakers' sessions. A table will be set up next to IAGR/IMGL Registration where attendees may check out a headset each day. The translation company will request and hold a form of photo ID during the rental period; attendees will return the headsets each afternoon to reclaim their photo ID.
Airport Transportation
As
attendees arrive at the Lima International Airport, please look for
signs placed near Immigration, near Customs and again near the Taxi
service area. These signs will have the IAGR logo and the IAGR
Conference logo prominently placed.
The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism has connected with vendor Taxi Green for the IAGR conference although delegates may make their own alternate transportation arrangements. The signs will provide
information to direct attendees to the taxi station as these areas will not be staffed due to the various arrival
dates and times.

Social Events, Dress Codes and Evening Venues
Complete details regarding all of the social networking activities for the tour, opening reception and closing Gala dinner may be found HERE. Please visit this page to reference for your schedule needs.

Travel Tips
Please find helpful information to prepare for your trip to Peru at the Lima homepage. Please disregard the reference on a previously published planning document regarding an airport greeter. Due to the various arrival dates and times, there will not be any staff stationed at the airport. Please look for the IAGR Lima conference signs which will recommend a taxi service.
