The
JW Marriott Hotel is the location for this year's conference in Lima.
If you have not yet reserved your room, it is important that you act now. The online booking form and complete details are now available here. The Hotel has once again extended the IAGR room block until this Friday, August 21st.
Travel Alert: The Marriott is currently sold out for Sunday and Monday nights, 11-12 October but a limited number of rooms remain in the IAGR room block for 13-15 October, Tuesday-Thursday. Attendees with early arrival may find nearby hotels in the Miraflores area of Lima and then move into the Marriott
as of Tuesday, 13 October to stay onsite for conference activities.
If you plan to add days to your trip prior to the conference, please consider securing your hotel room before booking any flights to be certain that the travel dates may be accommodated by Lima hotels.

| | Travel Tips to Peru
As the Lima 2015 Conference will be the first trip to Peru and South America for many delegates, a travel reference guide has been provided to assist the attendees in planning this trip.

In addition, IAGR & IMGL have contacted tour operator Journeys in Peru for extended excursions to Cusco and Machu Picchu. There are 3-day and 4-day packages available with different price points. As October is a high-demand travel month in this region, attendees are encouraged to book their extended travel soon to secure a place on the tour.
