airport.

Hotel Booking Information

The Emperors Palace has four hotel options for IAGR Conference attendees with varied prices and levels of service.
|
|
The Johannesburg 2017 HOTEL webpage provides links to book rooms online as well as very important information to review prior to booking any accommodations.
1. Online booking links are provided for each of the four available hotels where a small room block is being reserved for IAGR Conference Attendees.
2. A PDF document with examples and instructions on using the online booking system has been provided by the Emperors Palace.
3. A PDF document provides an overview of the four hotels along with their various types of rooms and related costs.
4. In order to take advantage of discounted room rates, delegates must use the online booking system and settle payment by credit card or EFT. If delegates wish to book via telephone or email, the discount rates will not apply and the rack rates (market rates) will be the only options provided.
5. Rooms paid by credit card or EFT will be charged at time of booking.

The Johannesburg Conference Sub-Committee is also working with regional tour companies to create pre- and post-tour excursions for those delegates who wish to extend their stay in South Africa.
The package options will be available soon. Attendees who are interested in planning an extended trip should consider that their arrival and/or departure dates with the hotel may be affected. As soon as the information is available, a further announcement will be shared.
