for the 2017 Annual IAGR Conference being held in Johannesburg, South Africa over October 16-19 at the
Emperors Palace Hotel Casino Convention Resort complex located near the capital city's international
airport.

Hotel Booking Information: Room Block Closes September 14

The Emperors Palace has four hotel options for IAGR Conference attendees with varied prices and levels of service. The largest portion of the room block is reserved at the Peermont Metcourt Hotel.
Special IAGR Conference Rates will be held through 14 September only. Reserve your room soon!

The Johannesburg 2017 Hotel webpage provides links to book rooms online as well as very important information to review prior to booking any accommodations.
1. Online booking links are provided for each of the four available hotels where a small room block is being reserved for IAGR Conference Attendees.
2. A PDF document with examples and instructions on using the online booking system has been provided by the Emperors Palace.
3. A PDF document provides an overview of the four hotels along with their various types of rooms and related costs.
4. In order to take advantage of discounted room rates, delegates must use the online booking system and settle payment by credit card or EFT. If delegates wish to book via telephone or email, the discount rates will not apply and the rack rates (market rates) will be the only options provided.
5. Rooms paid by credit card or EFT will be charged at time of booking.

Attendees may register via the convenient online form at the top of the Conference Registration webpage. To enjoy the early bird rate, please register by Friday, 15 September.
To enjoy the IAGR Member special discounted registration rate, your jurisdiction must be a currently paid Jurisdictional Member and individual regulators must be currently paid Ordinary Members.
