Conference Hotel
The Hotel Scandic Copenhagen is a centrally located, contemporary hotel with views of the Lakes and the Copenhagen skyline. 

The hotel is within walking distance of shopping and many of the main attractions and sights in Copenhagen such as Amalienborg Palace (home to the Royale family), the Marble Church, the Danish Royal Opera, the Ny Carlsberg Glyptoteket Art Museum, the National Museum of Denmark, the Tycho Brahe Planetarium and many more.

SPECIAL NOTE: The hotel will begin to release small portions of the room block as of June 14th and each month thereafter. Members are encouraged to book their accommodations early.  

A special conference rate of 1,775 DKK/night (approximately USD $ 280-290) has been arranged for a limited block of rooms. The special conference booking link and instructions may be found on the HOTEL webpage. 

The conference will have the fairytales of Hans Christian Andersen as a recurring theme. Hans Christian Andersen was a Danish poet and author who is world famous for his fairytales. He was born in 1805 in Odense on the island of Funen, and died in 1875 as a recognized poet, honorary citizen in Odense and friend of the Danish Royal Family. 

"The Little Mermaid", "The Ugly Duckling" and "The Princess and the Pea" are just some of the many famous stories that Andersen created during his adventurous life.
